The process was quick and easy. I called my Subaru dealer to see who they recommended and it was Fix Auto in Redlands. I called and scheduled an appointment to have it checked out. When I came in, they already were connected with my insurance company and I had to do very little…they took care of everything and communicated well with my agent. I basically called, dropped off my car, and picked it up when it was ready. They communicated with me and worked hard to complete the repairs when I needed them done. The quality of their work and service were excellent.
