Amazing Repairs and Customer Service
We definitely recommend this body shop! On our road trip from Arizona, we hit a deer and had extensive damage and had to leave our car in Tacoma as we could not drive it home. Fix Auto was sympathetic to our situation. We continued our road trip with a rental as parts were back-ordered on our brand new, now, damaged car. Caitlyn kept us up to date with all repairs, helped work with our insurance company, and she even facilitated our car being shipped back to Arizona after repairs were made! When we got our car back, we are stunned at how perfect it is!!! What a fantastic job!!! It is showroom ready!! Fix Auto does excellent work with outstanding customer service. Do not hesitate to take your car to them.

It’s great to hear that Caitlyn provided such attentive support during your unexpected detour, Gerry. We're glad we could help turn a challenging situation into a positive experience with our repairs and customer service. The fact that your Forester is showroom ready is exactly what we aim for, and we appreciate your recommendation!
