Honest Service
I had recently moved into a 2023 Silverado 2500 company service truck that was giving me issues with the transmission. I stopped in at Flash Auto to schedule an appointment. They got me in within a week, and had my truck looked at the same day as the scheduled appointment. They were apathetic to my needs and honest with the findings. Although the truck was not fixed by their technicians due to a possible warranty claim/TSB, they did not try to upsale any other services, and gave me recommendations on the next steps to take care of the transmission issue.

Made an appointment got everything fixed at a reasonable price and excellent in communication with customers
Couldn’t ask for better service and I think the prices are fair and I’m gonna have to worry about someone like the Ford dealer taking me to the cleaners for things I don’t really need done. These guys are Honest. I’ve been going here for years and they take care of both of my cars. Highly recommended.

Helped me in a pinch!
I was in Albyquerque for a meeting when my power steering went out. I found Flash online and noticed it was a AAA approved repair center. I called anf was told they would give it look and ler me know. I was towed to the shop and they looked at my carthat morning. They diagnosed the issues and determined that the parts had to be ordered. They toik me to the Hertz place. They kept me informed and when it was ready,picked me upand took mne back. I highly revomnend Flash.

Still needs work
The replacement drive shaft still has a balance issue. The vibration is still right below the drivers side floor. Started up since the replacement and hasn't gone away. The power steering now has an annoying pull to the left post alignment.
