Kret said her vehicle was having brake issues and she had to take it back in to another place because they told her she couldn't come back to this business anymore. They broke the central arm, the struts, the CB axle assembly, the stabilizing link, and a bolt was missing that held it all together. She paid $800 out of pocket for this. She is never going back there again. They had her vehicle there all day and told her to come pick it up, and they didn't want to work on it anymore.

John said he is handicapped and the owner gave him a ride home, and picked him up when he vehicle was ready. They saved him a lot of money being able to fix his vehicle versus him having to buy another one. They did a good job, everything is nice and clean. He took it for a drive and he could feel the difference in the steering. Well done.

Spoke with Anthony. He said he couldn't get his bushings done, but they were quick and very responsive, they told him what was happening and what they were doing. They also called him about more problems that they found.
