Oil Change
I take my vehicle to Fluid Motor Union only for the past few years and I totally trust this establishment. I've recommended two other people and one of them has become a loyal customer too. The mechanics are obviously the best but the receptionist is Marilyn and she is THEE BEST!!!!!

So my 1998 SL 500 isn't the easiest car to find parts for these days, but OJ and his team always work with me to provide the best solution for the repair, often when it isn't the most profitable for them. That type of care and trust is everything for me! Thanks so much!!!

Never Again
I was charged a premium price and received very sub-par service.
There are 2 bolts missing and I am pretty sure that you damaged my floor pans, by placing the lift in the wrong locations.

We reached out to you concerning your issues and explained we have proof of your car being on the lift in the correct manner. The damage was done by a lift with square feet when ours are all circular. We did leave your car with more bolts on it than when it came in but that is not the FMU way and we should have improved upon it or let you know about the issue. We ask that you bring the vehicle back so we can make it right for you as we stand behind all our work.
