Honesty and Integrity
Brought my car to Flynn for the first time to have the front brakes done and an oil change. I received a call 2 hours later and was told the brakes were fine with plenty of disc and pad thickness and that they only changed the oil. I advised the caller that when I brake, the car shimmies when braking at higher speeds. So they took it for a test ride and determined that the brakes had warped over time. They could have just changed them and never called, but they were honest and questioned whether the expenditure of new brakes was needed. Its so tough to find an honest business that actually looks out for their clients. I am now a customer for life. Thank you Flynn.
