The staff at the desk, Anna and Carli (SP?) are amazingly knowledgeable and thorough, not to mention pleasant to talk to. And the brakes feel great, so the mechanics absolutely know what they’re doing. They brought back all four tires back to the appropriate air pressure and I have a fully functioning car with zero noises to talk about.
