My car wouldn't start when I returned home after a few weeks out of town and it wasn't the battery. AAA towed it to Forrest Howe's car repair in Campton, about 7 miles from my home. I had never taken my car there before. Dave, who answered the phone and provides customer service,, explained that their computer could not connect with my car's computer and the master mechanic would conduct a manual diagnostic to find out what's wrong.Their master mechanic determined the relay for my car computer wasn't working, quickly ordered the part and fixed it. I'm now going to use their service regularly.
