After having an inspection and oil change, I was told I was going to need some repairs to my radiator and all the lines including to the transmission. Took it to a separate mechanic, who was a friend of my son's, on the opposite side of the state for a second opinion and Howes was on the money for what was needed. As a widowed woman, this eased my mind greatly. Called Howes back to schedule the repairs, got them done, and that was that. I am glad I have found a reliable, quality car mechanic. Highly recommend.
