From the very beginning, we were promised that our vehicle would be ready on a specific day. That promise turned out to be completely meaningless. Instead of honest communication, we were met with excuse after excuse, delays with no explanation, and a total lack of accountability. What was supposed to be a one day job dragged on for three full days, during which we were repeatedly misled and given the runaround.
To make matters worse, during the time our vehicle was in their care, parts were damaged, and instead of taking responsibility, they had the nerve to try to charge us for the damage they caused. That alone tells you everything you need to know about how this business operates.
Customer service was nonexistent. The man at the front desk was dismissive and unhelpful, and when I requested the store owner’s contact information, he flat-out refused to provide it. That’s a major red flag and speaks volumes about how complaints are handled—or rather, ignored.
I truly believe you’d be better off watching YouTube videos, enrolling in a vehicle maintenance course, and fixing your car yourself than trusting it to this place. I don’t usually wish bad on anyone, but after the way we were treated, I genuinely hope this business shuts down so they can’t continue taking advantage of other people. For three days straight, it felt like they were simply playing in our face with no respect for our time, money, or property.
