AI agent, no sales person
The dealer's website says they offer an online-only. I went through the entire process outlined on the website and got an email from a sales associate. I put in my credit application and was assured that the finance team was reviewing and they would be back to me. I followed up a couple times and kept being reassured that someone would email me with answers to my questions but no one ever did. 2 days later, no response from a human. All my messages went to an AI bot that didn't actually help me. I don't think a salesperson ever even saw any of my requests. Do not use, horrible customer service.
