I could give 0 stars I would super unethical and deceitful
Where to begin, if I could give 0 stars I would super unethical and deceitful . So we purchased a used vehicle from Hyundai in May 2025, car was so defective, the locks on the doors would lock and get stuck. I immediately called to get it fixed as my newborn infant almost got locked in. The personal were very unprofessional, I spoke to Jose and the seller ( I cant remember his name but he had a limp)but they seems as they only wanted to sell the car. I went to the dealer twice and both times they forgot I was there waiting, again with a 4 month old, he's making noise how do you forget right? I went up to Jose and he says oh I thought you were gone?!?!?!? So I finally talk to someone else in the loaner area since who else could I talk to since Jose was the "manager" and I expressed my concerns, they also said a manager would get involved but again NOTHING! Long story short they made me go back about 5 times with my newborn. I was so frustrated that I just traded in the vehicle for another (was the old car lemon car? if anyone knows?) so after giving 5000 down I then get asked for another 1000 for another vehicle, supposedly Mark another manager was doing me a "favor and helping with the price", I mean I'm thinking why not help out since you sold me a horrible car right. Not only the lock issue but so much wear and tear inside, which I take a little accountability for not looking at the vehicle, only reason I didn't is because the seller, immediately took the car over to Hyundai and we never fully showed it to us, just focused on the low mileage, and selling, even said if this was for my wife and newborn I would get it(BS). After all this I spoke to Jasmine who was prob the most professional, but even then it almost felt like such a forced experience. Now the financial side, I've had a new car and apparently the dealer never notified the previous finance company of the trade in, so this has now affected my credit, they think I still have the old car and failing to make payment. Geesh the worst!! I called yesterday and a sales person, said oh sorry managers are busy and so is finance they will give you a call back. Until this moment no call!! ugh simply the worst customer service
