I have spent $7K in the past 10 months, inluding tires. car was over-heating last time, Kurt replaced 2 fans, brought it back next day with same problem. needed coolant, did the trick, did I really need the $800 fans? Told I needed to replace some $300 belt, did not and the car so far is working fine! Surprisingly overall satisfied 185K miles

hello, I am very sorry that you were disappointed. we do our best to point out maintenance so that our customers don't have any issues . Your fans were definitely bad. we did have to bleed the system to add some more coolant when you return.I'm sorry that happened to you. Great servuce
I had a slow air leak in a tire.
I was leaving to go out of town.
I dropped it off and it was ready to be picked up about 1/2 hour later .

Excellent service, responsive, professional staff
I needed brake work on my Audi and the dealship told me it would be a month before they could provide service. I called Curt at Franklin Auto and he got me in within a day, diagnosed the problem and fixed everything all within two days. Service was excellent and price very reasonable. A positive experience all the way around.
