This auto repair/maintenance shop personnel were unable to fix the deep seated defect associated with the ECM in spite of installing several replacement parts and troubleshooting attempts. However, given the age and mileage of vehicle I have concluded its lifetime usefulness has expired and is no longer cost effective to keep. For this reason only one point taken off the 5 star maximum rating. Otherwise, this "anomalous" situation does not detract from my assessment of this vehicle repair/maintenance shop as one of excellent reputation!
