Great mechanics
The whole staff at Lower Cape Auto are friendly and courteous but most importantly they are excellent mechanics. I had taken my vehicle to the dealership with a problem that they were unable to resolve. Frank and company took the time to diagnose and resolve the issue.
I highly recommend the shop.

Community service rather than corporate process
A community gem with a service orientation. A commitment to excellence in a friendly, comfortable atmosphere. Right in the very heart of Orleans, which makes it possible to take a walk in town, grab a coffee or bite to eat, shop, do errands while you wait for your car to be good to go. Or just hang out in their comfortable waiting area & chat with other interesting customers or play on your phone. A very friendly ambiance, starting with Frank and including his whole team. Very fair prices along with a service orientation. Highly recommend!

Tire problem
We have relied on Frank's for service for many years. This visit was about losing air in a front tire. They found the issue and repaired the problem. It's nice to know that you have great mechanical service and honest and caring people available when you have problems. If you need to have your vehicle serviced or repaired you owe it to yourself to call this business.
