If you want an exceptional car buying experience, go see Matt Carlin at Freehold Hyundai. Matt is friendly, patient, extremely knowledgeable and exhibits exemplary customer service. He found the perfect vehicle for us and we could not be happier. Thanks to Matt, this was the best experience we ever had buying a new car! Weeks later, we continue to receive follow-up calls from Matt asking if we have any questions and if we continue to be totally satisfied with our new vehicle. Additional thanks to Cary Rose, the General Manager, who took time out of his busy day to speak with us and Kevin Buswell in Finance, who helped us breeze thru the paperwork by having it all ready for us when we walked into his office. A pleasurable experience
I have been a BMW customer for over 30 years but decided I wanted to look a PHEVs. When I went into the Freehold Hyundai dealership, my intention was to learn about electronic options and test drive some options. I was paired up with Kurt Sliski who was great…within an hour I was sold on the Santa Fe PHEV Limited and put a deposit down and traded in my BMW. I had no one idea I’d be buying a car that day. Inventory was low on PHEVs and somehow they were able to find my car in a couple of days . That day I concluded the transaction seamlessly from insurance, trade in, financing, and a thorough overview of all the new features. It was a great experience working with Kurt and all the others that guided me through the transaction. I normally hate buying cars but they took all of the grief out of the transaction and made it a pleasurable experience. I am really happy with the car and it really exceeded my expectations.
