I easily scheduled my oil change and it was completed within an hour. They also called to alert me to a problem with my brake pads and rotors, which I will have completed at another appt. Friendly and helpful. Appreciated the in depth explanation regarding my brake pads.

Very punctual with getting my car back and fixed right the first time
Every time I have a problem with my vehicle, I always take it to loaded automotive for all my repair needs. It’s always fixed in a timely manner and it’s always fixed right the first time. I just wanted to write this because it’s not very often that you can find a place where you get your car worked on that you don’t run into any problems. Thank you.
