We checked twice to make
the parts would be there when we brought in the car to assure a quick turnaround. They confirmed that was not a problem and the tech gave us a two day timeline.
After we dropped off the car, they called and extended the estimated time to a week! Why? Because they did not have the parts.
When asked if we could pick up the car until the parts arrive they told us they already took it apart and did not feel like putting it back together!
I guess I should have read the Yelp reviews first. Many seem to have written about similar experiences.
