will the staff was friendly. but the communication between the staff is awful. i gave one guy a full list of things i wanted a diagnosis on, and only got an update on two of the issues. the next person i
spoke with said he didn’t know
of these other issues and they weren’t recorded anywhere or communicated to me. considering i was charged nearly $300 for a diagnostics, i would’ve expected more information. the $300 diagnostic only included checking my wheel bearing and plugging in a code reader (the thing you can have done for free at most places). i was quoted nearly 1200 for wheel bearings… every shop i called after that quoted me less than $650. i’ve complained to a few people and they’ve had similar experiences with them. not really impressed with the service and won’t be back. definitely wouldn’t recommend to anyone else. i hate to talk poorly of a local business but this was kind of outrageous.
