Disappointed. Seems like good work, but poor communication and feel like we were overcharged
They charged us $325.43 for an A/C discharge hose that has an OEM MSRP of $271.32, is sold by local dealers for $244 and is available from local parts stores for under $50. Also charged $140 diagnostic fee. The explanation was that it's an involved process that takes time to find a slow leak, but it wasn't a slow leak, it was a fast, sudden leak that could be heard happening and dumped refrigerant oil and dye all over the top of the engine. Also, they never called us with updates, we had to call them each time, including at 4:00 pm on Friday to find out if it was done or not.
