2023 GV70 - Great car - sales experience with Shawn Lagundo was good - SERVICE is AWFUL!
2023 Genesis GV70 is a great car. It is a shame the service from Annapolis is so awful. I have had the car for a year. Every time the car has gone in for service there has been an issue. The Valet service is a joke. It is usually many weeks out before an appointment using the valet service can be scheduled. Even a loaner car is an issue with them. One time I called for an oil change and was told the next available slot was 4-5 weeks out. In that instant I went out of my way to Ourisman and got the service appointment in 2 days. Genesis and Genesis of Annapolis need to figure out how to treat their customers. I had a Cadillac for 8 years and my wife has had an Accura and an Audi. The service from those organizations has been far far better than that of Genesis of Annapolis.
