Kendall is brand new to our team and is currently undergoing the proper training to become a Genesis ambassador. Plans are underway to open a new, stand-alone Genesis store with the goal to eliminate the issues that you faced during your experience. Also, I am personally asking for you to rescore Kendall simply because the facilities and lack of amenities are purely out of his control and the failed survey harms his standing with Genesis USA.
