Recently bought a GV70. The sales process was fantastic. John Bannon did an excellent job. When passed over to the Finance Manager, that is where you need to beware! Tried to sell us a 3 year maintenance package that is already included for the first 3 years by Genesis. Kept saying "just sign here, I will give you all the papers when we are done." Don't listen to him. Make sure you review or read all documents and make sure everything is spelled correctly! Make sure you understand the "bundled deals" he offers to see if they are truly a good deal.

John Bannon is WONDERFUL!
I recently purchased a new GV70 from John Bannon and have to say the experience is worth the time to write this review. I live in Savannah, Ga so buying a car in another state is challenging, but very possible. John guided me throughout the process and made it simple, and exciting, it was a breeze! By our first conversation I could tell that he was honest and caring for his customers. He was just a quick text or call away and addressed all of my questions (there were many lol) very efficiently. Once the transaction was complete, he personally delivered the car to me. He came inside and chatted with the fam as he awaited his Uber ride back to the dealership- ON A SUNDAY! We love this man and highly recommend him for auto purchases; I will go directly to him when we need new vehicles, no doubt. I cannot say enough great things about John and the dealership (which is glamorous, said my cousin who went by there for me to look at the car) and appreciate all they did to make the out-of-state car buying experience simple and fun. Decided to stop purchase
After spending 7 hours there buying a GV70, beautiful, by the way. Upon car set up intro informed that there were two recalls on the vehicle. I was tired slogging through 7 hours there and just kept being told “this happens”.
Smart management would have said “sorry for thr lack nconvenience. Let’s give you a loaner, leave your vehicle here, and I will make sure it is all perfect this week.we will make it a priority, and do something nice for you as a token of our appreciation. Not just shrug their shoulders with no professionalism. That lack of professionalism irritated me, and I left in my original SUV, instead of taking over, they just kep repeating it happens.I run sales training and insure that a problem with a disappointed customer is given a positive, caring, and effective solution without ignoring what is actually bothering them.
My wife and I had a smooth experience when at this dealership. We came into this dealership interested in the Genesis GV80. We were fortunate to have Frank Nero as our salesman. He was over the top friendly, and accommodating. His knowledge with regards to the vehicle we purchased was extremely helpful. His patients in explaining the vehicle features, as well as showing us which deal would work best for us was a big part of us purchasing this vehicle. We thank Frank, as well as the rest of the staff we dealt with for a great experience.
My wife and I had a wonderful experience purchasing her GV70. Tony, Ronald and Gary made the entire process easy and painless. No high pressure sales tactics here. The vehicle sells itself. We are loving the ride and will most definitely be purchasing here again!
