I had such a positive experience having my GV70 serviced at Eckert Hyunda. I would highly recommend purchasing a Genesis to receive the the valet service it was definitely a luxury line service.

Service of vehicle
This was my first time servicing my vehicle, although the ease of having them pickup my car and bring me a rental for the day was nice, I was not impressed with the cleanliness of my rental car. It was dirty, dusty, and even had an unwrapped piece of candy in the door in the backseat.

Poor warranty service.
Genesis has work to do to be recognized as a true luxury brand. Car is Genesis. Service is Hyundai. Good Hyundai dealership. Poor Genesis dealership.

Positive experience
I have taken my car there for a few years, always have used the valet service, the only down was that my exact car was often not available but that was never a problem as all I needed was a car while mine was being service. The last service I used was for the recall Genesis had, I had to book a little far out, but they were professional, and the repair was very quick. While waiting decided to lease another Genesis and I will be using them for valet service.

Genesis of Denton makes it is easy to schedule a service appointment, they pick up my car and bring me a loner and then return my call to me. They are polite and make this such an easy process!
