Thank you Rachel for the personal home visit to give me additional details about my car. Your patience and knowledge of the vehicle was much appreciated. The flowers and gift were definitely a surprise. Rachel you took me out to my new car, sat with me and showed me all of the bells and whistles it could do (so cool). You even sync my garage opener with the car, now that was awesome. I'm so thankful to have that level of customer service care from a dealership. Thank you Rachel for being a phone call away. You are Charles are the best!.

My new family member
After waiting in line like a kid for candy, my Genesis finally was in route to Matthews, NC. I got the call from Charles Mensah, and was so excited not to mention it was also my birthday. Throughout the process, Charles keep me informed as it got closer and he kept me very patient. I appreciate him being very detailed oriented to the spec., that I was looking for.Thank you Charles for making my birthday very eventful! Make Charles your choice when looking for a Genesis.

Poor Customer Service
I purchased a new GV80 2021, The salesman George Athens was great. The General Manager was great during the sale, but when I expressed my opinion that the service dept sucked, he yelled at me on the dealership floor. His service dept kept my vehicle for 5 days and did absolutely nothing, I complained about the brakes making noise and they said it was the motor in the passenger window! Never showed for valet service.. Go anywhere else to purchase your vehicle, I must say it's a nice ride. I rode around with 16000 miles not knowing they never changed my oil at 11000 miles. Worst service ever.

Genesis of East Charlotte
We had previously purchased a Genesis GV 70 from. Chuck Richmond at Genesis of East Charlotte. We did our research and decided to replace an aging vehicle with a 2022 GV80. We let Chuck know our preferences and even in the face of extremely limited inventory and a slow flow of new vehicles we were very happy at the short time it took for Genesis of Charlotte to find the SUV we wanted. The entire experience was easy, with no surprises.

Easy to buy
George Athens and Phil in Finance were great to work with.The buying process did not include those annoying "I have to go ask my manager" moments. Phil presented me with options for additional warranties but was not pushy. George has been great with followup and assistance in learning the vehicle features.

Great experience!
My husband and I had an all-around great experience at Genesis of East Charlotte. We worked directly with Matt Rossi from beginning to end of the car buying process. There were some hiccups on our end, but Matt was patient and worked with us. Matt is very personable, relatable, and a genuinely nice person. Kari in finance was also great! She was just as patient and understanding. They both made what people call the "dreaded car-buying process" the least bit dreadful, which is great since it was our first experience buying a car from a dealership. We will definitely be coming back the next time we are in the market for a new car!

I wish to add that Lewis did a remarkable job in responding to all my email's about the purchase of my 2022 Genesis GV70 and insured prompt delivery to my home and the lady that delivered my GV70 provided excellent operating instructions to me and my wife. Lewis is to be commended for his outstanding service for Genesis of East Charlotte and me. This was an out of state purchase as I searched nation wide for the GV70 with the added features, only Genesis of East Charlotte has it in inventory. We wish him continued success.

Great experience
I had a great experience purchasing my G70 at Keffer. I was greated immediately upon entering and was introduced to George, who was a great help in finding the right fit. He explained all of my options and at no point did I feel pressured into anything I wasn't comfortable with. I will definitely be making this my choice the next time I need a new vehicle.

Great Expereince
I got there at a last minute. I knew the car I wanted and 3 hours later I was going home in my new car. Coach Pratt was great during the process and made sure I was happy with the car afterwards. One month into the purchase and Coach is still making sure to answer all my questions. Overall great experience.
