The first line under the Genesis Experience is STRESS-FREE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE, this person made my life more stressful and offered no solution to help. Maybe this employee needs to go back to get more training.
I will give the dealership another chance but not this advisor. If you can’t do something offer solutions and don’t throw attitude while given nothing in return. Shame shame shame.
Response from “owner”
We are very sorry that the tiny on your windows was above NC state inspections limitations. We have never serviced your vehicle before at Genesis
of Charlotte and given that is was bought in Pennsylvania maybe that dealership should have made sure it was capable of passing NC state
inspection.
My response: First the tint was not too dark. It is exactly at NC state limits and passed inspection no problem. And that still does not excuse the behavior or your employee nor of your response. I’ll def be getting in touch with corporate today. Unbelievable. First of all. The car was purchased in Ohio when I lived in Pennsylvania. Secondly the tint job was done prior to the decsion to move to North Carolina and regardless it is within state limits. So maybe get you facts about your customers correct first before responding.
