Dead car lack of response
Two week old gv80 prestige sitting dead after numerous phone calls with roadside assistance and dealer car sat for 9 hours before tow truck arrived who couldn’t even access battery and ended up dragging car onto truck with wheels locked leaving drag marks on concrete.After the sale it’s obvious support is sketchy at best not the actions of a caring or professional service and support team.
