Don't BUY A GENESIS HERE.... my A/C went out on my 2022 GV70 Sport Presage ($65K+ car)... the on-site service advisor said it might be a week or 2 before they look at it and repair it, so I'll be out of the car until whenever they get to it. They won't honor the Genesis loaner program and told me they are not a Genesis Dealer anymore and they are waiting for Genesis to pick up what they have in the lot. They still have the sticker on the window and a website selling Genesis cars. My sales experience here was good and so wanted the service to be good as well but apparently, they can sell a car, but you are on your own after that. They told me top go to another dealer, far from my home, and MAYBE they will have a loaner for me.
