I purchased a Genesis GV80. Almost 2weeks ago. The buying experience was easy and pleasant. Since then I returned once to go over the apps and to see about having repairs. Someone contacted my husband to say they would be sending me to Opelousas to handle repairs. I contacted Jordan Richard this morning. I haven't heard anything from him. Not even a courtesy text to say I'll look into it. Also my trade in hasn't been paid off and I'm getting calls from the financial company about it being late
