Paul while your experience sucked but you need to direct your anger at the right person n that is yourself. The dealer is. Not at fault here. Did they know there was something wrong with the car yes. Hence why they put it for as is they deemed it to expensive to fix n sell so they dropped the price prolly making it look like a steal to buy to any idiot that is. Bc if it seems to good to be then anyone with common sense can see on they discounted this car bc there's an issue with it. Now if your dumb enough to bite n walk in n buy it being sold as is so they gave you fare warning in that advertisement if you didn't pickup on it or do your do diligence n do some digging on the car n ask more questions n went ahead n bought said car well you need to chalk it up to an expensive stupid buy n learn from it n hope another sucker n idiot like yourself buys it from you so it's no longer ur headache. Some advice don't tell them its a lemon Tell them ur wife went down a curb n that's why the transfer case needed replaced n it was leave it at that hope they bite on it n it's out of ur hands n all sales are final. Learn from your poor choice don't expect everyone to be honest especially a car salesman are you kidding me they'll say anything to get a sale they'll tell you the car comes with a free hooker for a hour if you buy it today ßign papers n by the time your done signing a hooker will be there to leave with you n break in ur new car. You ppl call ourselves educated too that is what is funny. Spend all that money n still have no common sense. Money can't buy everything. N it's someone else fault when ur expensive car isn't up to ur high standards next time buy it brand new n get a warranty n towing service negotiate for it before you sign papers even a rental car can be included should urs break down n at no cost to you n no headache one phone call n ur car is towed n a rental car is on its way to you that you don't have to pay for bc it's In ur contract when you bought ur new car. Wow no ur here ranting about how bad you think the dealer is n the car is no it's not there fault you were dumb enough to buy a car they didn't want n clearly there was a reason why but you signed the paperwork anyway that my friend is ur own dumbass fault learn n grow from it n take ur responsibility in the situation n own ur decision n mistake in being a dummy n then try n give the dealer a bad name bc you fucked up. News flash the customer ain't always right most of the time they are complete idiots. Maybe take someone with you or do ur research n go on with the knowledge n confidence to walk in state what you want what you know n if they can't meet or accommodate you then get up n walk out go to the next dealer news flash they need you more than you need them there's probably 10 dealerships within 3 miles of whatever dealer ur at get up n walk out one of them will meet you where you are wanting to be with payment n car n service you want even name you want great customer service someone calling you to ask how the car anything we can do anything wrong. N when it's served you want them to pick it up n drop it off n it be done in a timely manner before ur done work n have it to drive home. You can negotiate this stuff at the time of purchase if you want n have the know how. You've got the Internet at ur disposal at any time use it to ur advantage you idiots. Don't know what ur doing with certain things like buying a car look it up it's that simple before you go to buy research dealer n the car you'd like even price you'd like to get it at there are pages on here videos too on how to negotiate a great. Deal on the car you want even what dealer you'd have the best shot of getting ur deal. The fact that I have to spell it out for you ppl should let you know ur not that bright n it's you that is the problem n ur not always right the way you think you are. You actually sound stupid to me ppl you talk to n piss n moan about how you got ripped off at the dealership n they are horrible not realizing how stupid you sound to others bc they are thinking well you bought the car despite not knowing anything about it or doing the research to find out n you signed the papers ur the idiot here not the dealer

Horrible customer service
My sales rep never followed up to let me know the status of my loan. I could not get a call back or reach anyone for 3 days.

My first Genesis
I had a great buying experience at this dealer. I came prepared with the deal I wanted and within 1 hour I had made the deal and signed the paperwork for my brand new G70 3.3TT Prestige edition. I was treated professionally and have had numerous emails from the dealer and corporate Genesis in the week following. The financing dept was fast and helpful. I traded in a BMW M850i, so I am used to having a great car with good service.

Ripped off
Absolutely the worse decision of my life to purchase this used GV70 that has turned out to be a nightmare. I was completely ripped off. 15 days after purchase and driving my GV70 the car broke down with with a completely failed transfer case. I had to call Genesis Roadside assistance that had a tow truck take the car to the dealer that was 40 miles away. The transfer case had to be completely replaced and I was notified the car was ready and the dealer would not be returning the car to me via a towing service since I was not entitled to that and I had to find my own transportation to the dealer to pick up my vehicle. I called Genesis corporate America(844-340-9741), and everyone I talked to there and listen to my story told me it was my problem and they would not help me under any condition. At the start of my journey, I flew out to Las Vegas to purchase this vehicle, and then drove the car 800 miles to Denver and wondering what the sound was I was hearing and now realized the horror that I could have broken down at any point along the way, and the car would have been taken to a dealer, but I would have been stranded paying my own transportation and lodging. I paid $1500 for "reconditioning" for total mechanical inspection of the car which should have detected the failing transfer case because it was whining as I was driving it from the dealer. I had no idea that was an issue and expected that was the normal sound of the car. Only when the noise started getting much louder and grinding, then the car broke down stranding me. Sad to say I saved my money for so long to purchase this vehicle, and now I have a "Lemon" since I have purchased "as is", and expect the dealer knew this vehicle was damaged, and wanted to sell it asap. I am now just waiting for something else unexpected to break. All I can do now is sell it to someone else that will find out it's a lemon since this repair will show on the carfax. Thanks alot Genesis of Las Vegas....
My wife came home and told me she saw this SUV and it reminded her of the Bentley SUV and I just had to see it. I said we have this 2019 Porsche Cayenne and we just turned in our Porsche Panamera which were both great cars and we just went to see the Cadillac XK5. So, we went to see the new Genesis GV80. I was prepared to do a side by side, by side comparison of the Porsche, Cadillac and Genesis. After driving the Genesis, considering the pricing, amenities, the styling of each, the warranty and maintenance packages, the decision was an easy one. I traded in my Porsche Cayenne in and leased 2 Genesis AWD SUV's, one in White and the other in a Silver for a little more than my current Cayenne lease. I never even considered going back to the Cadillac. We have our Genesis SUV's for a couple of weeks now and love them. The folk who worked with us Brian, Beto, Tony, Ernie and Daryll at Genesis were excellent and made it a great buying experience.
Very pleasant low pressure, helpful dealership that was there for me in every aspect. Best experience I had had in my 50+ years of auto buying. This is the furthest away of the 3 dealerships but very worth the drive. The sale person David was superb.
Wow! What a car! The salesman and dealership made it a fast smooth experience.
This is my 2nd G90 and I am very impressed with the automaker and dealership.
