We purchased the gv80 from genesis dealer of LV on 9/26/2024 about 3 months ago. They gave us 1 key fob and started looking in several places for the second one that they said they had. After they could not find the second key fob Sean told us he would find one. Before we left Nigel made the same promise to us. General manager Brian M.responded about 5 times on my yelp post with nice words but no action and no key fob. I definitely don't recommend a business that doesn't keep promises.
