Terrible dealership. I already left my comment at google. I bought GV80 6 months ago signing up GAP and extended warranty. but the finance team didn't mention about deductible, and they said it would be 10 year coverage but actually it was 9 year coverage along with deductible. Before a month passed, I requested to cancel GAP and extended warranty, and kept requesting to send the refund to Genesis finance which is my auto loan company. But these guys are still holding the refund and never responding me. I have been calling and leaving messages so many times but they have never responded. I am sick of these guys who are terrible. Maybe I better talk with attorney to make it right. Terrible and horrible dealership ever!!!
