Luxury car with average service.
Buying a high end vehicle, I expect the dealer to treat us high end. Genesis is the luxury version of Hyundai to be treated like Luxury. Sending a Hyundai that looked like it was someone’s daily driver doesn’t seem high end. I understand the supply and demand of vehicles, but keeping your current customers happy is just as important as keeping new customers happy. I will expect better next time.
