Nice car, BUT service is consistently awful
Before you buy a car, just try and call Genesis of Mahwah Service Center. Most of the time nobody will answer the phone. If you're lucky, somebody may pickup the phone, then place you on hold and eventually either hang up by accident or ask for your number so somebody can call you back -- then they don't call back. This is true for scheduling and true for pickup once they have your car.

One time I even showed up for service and they didn't have me scheduled in their system, so I had to wait 4 weeks for a new slot. And loaner car... if you can get one expect a Hyundai and not a Genesis.

Service has been so bad, I will likely sell my vehicle in the next 6 months.
