Lots of excuses as to why no one answered Service dept phones to make appt during the period Nov-Dec2021. Could not make appt for service (my check engine lite on)-auto purchased in Sep
I was told dealership was sold during that timeframe.
Service advisors were less than helpful with their comments at times. More professionalism needed for a difficult situation with my auto.
Had my car a month-said they never knew when part would come in. Then, all of a sudden the part came in and my car was serviced.
