Absolute JOKE of a service department
They dont communicate with you about your vehicle. It took 7 weeks for an oil change with ZERO communication from my service advisor.... Not to mention that they were calling me repeatedly about my missed service appointment while they were in possession of my car for service.

I can go on and on and on but this is NOT a good place for service on your vehicle... Genesis or otherwise.
