Bought a 2024 Genesis G80 from them in February of 2026 CPO from them and has the check digit issue from the manufacturer. This was never disclosed to me and I had multiple other dealers tell me they don’t want the car because of this. The Genesis manager wouldn’t even give me a call back to try and help me in this process instead made me drive down to have the ability to talk to someone. Then proceeded to be unprofessional like I was wasting his time after I went to 5 different dealerships that declined the vehicle. Only then was I given the letter I was supposed to receive to explain the VIN issues if I had issues with registration, insurance, or trading in. They didn’t apologize for my time or even seem concerned that I clearly was having an issue. Instead they just continued to tell me there is no issue and the other dealers Nucar Ford of Lebanon, Irwin Ford, Banks GMC, McGovern Hyundai, and Genesis of Manchester were “all being lazy”. When I asked if I could just sell the car back to them at trade in value they stated they would only give me an off the street cash value so somewhere in the 30ish thousand range instead of the $44k offers I had received from other dealers until the vin issue. I told them I did not want to buy another car off them because of how they do business here. Absolutely horrible experience and the manager wouldn’t know customer service from his own ass. Do not buy from this shady dealer go else where.
