Buying my first car was such a big moment for me and I’m so thankful I had someone like Charlie helping me through it. From the moment I walked in he greeted me with kindness, treated me with respect, and made the whole experience feel comfortable instead of stressful. He was genuinely one of the sweetest and most humble people I’ve met. He took the time to answer my questions, never made me feel pressured and truly cared about helping me find the right car.
