I messaged about my new Genesis late one afternoon after seeing it's availability on line. I sent an email about my interest and was called as I was calling back. They saved it for me until I could get there the next morning because I was too far away to get there before closing. It was the one I wanted! They also worked with me on my trade in. I would recommend that dealership and the sales force there.
