Poor communication wit customer
My car was at dealer for 2 whole days and none touched my car and I had an appt...none called or reached out I had to call.and see what the status of my vehicle jus to find out its jus been sitting..my appt was wed &friday no work had been done the tech stated he hadn't had time he will look at it unacceptable
