the internet sales team handled the set up of appt, we walked in the model & we wanted was there (Green Sorrel paint). James Osborn our sales rep made the process easy. Was worried about the typical car dearlership buying experience and it broke the mold. The dealership was beautiful and from sales to finance very easy to go thru, would highly reccomend Jerry's team and James Osborn, Rick Coleman along with Rick Spell. The finance manager was very easy to deal with Kenny Wilder too.
