Faulty windows car has 25,000 miles windows don't even work
I have a 2016 Hyundai Tucson I have kept up all the oil on it a very good care of it the extended warranty is 5 years on the 6th year all my windows stopped working they slip they slide down I try and keep them up my car has 25,000 miles on it I hardly ever use the windows so why do they all have a problem and I've also called Gettle Hyundai and left a message for the manager and they said they would get back to me and they never did I know this is out of warranty. But isn't it strange one year after my complete warranty all four windows don't work there's a mechanism in the inside of the motor made of plastic that breaks or melts or breaks in the cold or breaks in the heat it's a piece of crap probably cost 10 cents to make so they put this piece of junk in my windows motors so now to fix each one would be at least $600 and it's not my fault it's a piece of junk when it comes to the windows and I think that they should recall them and fix them since my car I kept it excellent condition it looks brand new $25,000 miles and the windows are all not working or if I have them all up they might slip down and I expected it a phone call back from the manager when I complained about this but I got nothing. I have bought four cars from them and they won't even call me back about these junky windows and that's exactly what they are made of junk but they're real hard to get to that little part that you have to fix you have to take the whole door apart to fix this little 10-cent part it should be a recall because they used up standard parts on Windows which they knew would not hold up I expect them to fix my windows and if they don't I'll never go to Gettle again to purchase a car and they had all our business now when there's a problem they won't even contact me so I'm very upset about the way this has been handled and that I have not even received a phone call back to even look at the windows to even see what's wrong I can tell you what's wrong they're junk and they were made cheap. I hope everybody hears us and do not get a Hyundai I don't care what kind they probably all have the same windows and if you don't want to be where I'm at then I would advise you against gettle because they haven't even called me back yet. I will not give them a good review until I get a phone call from them and they make this right. You know word of mouth goes a long way when you live in a community where you know except 400 something people and the word gets around if you don't stand by your product and you don't have a recall on something we're all for Windows stop working cuz they're not made with high standards or made with junky parts so I will not take this down until they do it but they're supposed to do and fix my windows
