When I entered the office, someone was working on his business but stopped and asked if he could help me. I explained my issue and asked if he could do the repair that I needed. He said yes and wrote a work sheet right away. He also told me that the team may not get to my issue today due to other requests, but he said it would not be tool long.
To my surprise, I was called around 2:00PM I got Gibbons with the cost of the repair and whether I still wanted him to do the job. I told him yes. At around 4:00PM my 4Runner was repaired and ready to go.
I did not learn the names of anyone in Gibbons Automotive, but I want to get the names when I go back again. The building had that feeling of work and knowledge of it and pride.
