When I first called, Joe listened to what I had issues with, the vehicle codes presented, and he assured me I was in good hands with his European car background, which solidified me taking my vehicle to Gibbs. I wasn’t really sure how my warranty worked when I first called, but Tamara was a wealth of knowledge and very personable. She highlight key features of my CarMax warranty the warranty agent didn’t mention (the deductible, car rental option, etc.), which help this experience less stressful. What would have been a painful experience (there were other issues going on with my car after they did diagnostics) turned out to be the most seamless process. At Gibbs, they know how to treat their clients, and they know their craft. Thanks, guys!!
I first took my car to Gibbs in January 2025. The service was stellar. Took my car in today to be serviced and received the same stellar service. I’ve found my new repair shop. I no longer take my car to the dealership.
You should give Gibbs a chance to service your car. You will not be disappointed.

I take my vehicles to Gibbs Automotive for routine service and repairs. The customer service at dealerships and what they charge is not worth the hassle. At Gibbs, they treat you kindly and you don’t get the feeling you are being overpriced with labor, parts and dealer overhead. I recommend that you give Gibbs a call for your vehicle service needs.
