Jocelyne Carrillo did an excellent job managing our car repair. She worked with our insurance and completed several updates for additional repairs and/or parts as the needs were discovered. She also made sure to use Subaru OEM parts whenever possible. Anytime I contacted her, she got back with me in a very timely manner. She was very easy to work with - polite and courteous throughout the process.
