My teenage daughter took her car the The Express Change in Niceville, FL. When she left her car started pouring white smoke out of the exhaust. She turned immediately around and took it back to them. They diagnosed the car, and told her she had a head gasket leak (about a $3K repair) and suggested she take it to the Volvo dealership.
I had the car towed to Glenroy Auto. They diagnosed the car had 10 quarts of oil in it when it requires 6. Charged me a few hundred dollars for the repair that was caused by Express Oil Change.
