Always the best!
Can’t say enough about these guys! I am a customer for life. Recently refunded 2,000 for some warranty work when they had issues with the warranty company. It took them a couple weeks to get the money, but they stood by there work and made it right for me! If you are in the Greenville area, these should be your go to guys!

Phenomenal Customer Service & Mechanics
I bought a car from Up Country Motors that had a laundry list of issues on it there were not disclosed to me. I asked him but he said it was in great shape. They did a diagnostic and it brought up a bunch of different things and has all the problems a car can possibly have. The guys helped me out significantly and made a list of what I needed for it to be able run safely. He took a significant amount of money off of the total and was able to help me out with getting it back to safe running shape. He did NOT charge me for the diagnostic at all due to the fact that I got screwed over so much by Ben at Up Country Motors. I 100% suggest going here if you need anything done to your car. He is going to fix the rest of it over time but I can't explain how great it is to be able to trust a mechanic. My car is running much more smoothly and feels great. My absolute go to from now on. As a woman I get worried I'm getting the run around when I have car issues and that was never the case here. 10 out of 10.

Quick oil change
They were able to get me in for an oil change right before I left on my road trip! Honest, reliable service which is why I keep coming back. I also appreciate being told what maintenance is coming up so I'm able to financially plan for it!

Short-notice Rescue
I showed up right after opening with an urgent repair need. It would have been complicated if I had to leave my vehicle or come back. They diagnosed it and had three repairs done and an oil change all in 2 1/2 hours while I waited in the lobby.
The staff were friendly, and the man who helped me was very nice.
And the bathroom was clean.
