There is lot of room to improve
Sales team knew that I will be there at 5pm for taking the delivery of my outlander phev but when I reached there nothing was ready ( paperwork and car). I was told previous day that my new car will be fully charged and gas full of tank will be given, but battery was at 20% and all the tires had low air pressure.
