THE ABSOLUTE BEST! I have never been more completely satisfied with a customer experience. A real Team of True Professionals. Every step of the process was clearly communicated. And, they know their stuff! (I learned more about insurance and the repair process from them than I did from my adjuster/rep) I have a pretty rare and expensive car and frequently encounter "service professionals" who don't recognize it or are genuinely afraid to touch it. But I didn't have to say a thing at Gold Coast. Their everyday "normal" is already the highest quality, top-level attention to detail that I just can't find (consistently) even at the dealer. My repair was done BEAUTIFULLY, correctly and was completed in a timely manner - heck, it actually went faster than I was originally quoted (thanks Francesca) They even did a couple of things they didn't have to do, things that weren't even part of the repair, that I had only mentioned in conversation! WOW!!! I was treated like a highly-valued customer (actually more like family or a close personal friend!) BRAVO!!! I cannot thank Dominic and Francesca enough (and Mario and everyone else) You have earned a lifelong customer.
