The manager Greg was upfront and transparent regarding the repair and costs; he quoted me a lesser amount than I had originally been prepared for. The car has been reliable since then and I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for an experienced mechanic who really cares about the safety of the clients whose vehicle he works on.
